Hello and welcome

Hello and welcome to my wellbeing, spirituality and counselling blog where you’ll find a space for gentle reflection, learning and connection, with a focus on psychology, spirituality, somatics and embodiment, nature’s cycles and seasons and earth based spirituality.

I’m Laura, a Birmingham counsellor and somatic therapist, a meditation teacher, an eco and nature therapy practitioner and I hold spaces exploring the celtic-pagan wheel of the year. My work brings together therapy, spirituality, and the wisdom of nature to support self-connection, healing and wellbeing.

On this blog I share thoughts and insights from my work, including reflections, tools and resources around therapy, nature connection and the rhythms of the seasons, as well as rest, embodiment and spiritual growth. I offer practices that help people regulate their nervous systems, heal from trauma and reconnect with the sacred. Through guided meditations, somatic practices and seasonal rituals, I create spaces where you can feel grounded and supported.

Whether you are looking for holistic counselling in Birmingham online, trauma-informed connection practices or spiritual support, you are welcome here. My hope for this therapy and wellbeing blog is that it offers moments of grounding and inspiration, helping you reconnect with yourself and the world around you in a softer, more intentional way.
