Hello and welcome to my blog. I’m a Birmingham counsellor and somatic therapist, a meditation teacher, an eco and nature therapy practitioner and I hold spaces exploring the celtic-pagan wheel of the year. My work brings together therapy, spirituality, and the wisdom of nature to support self connection, healing and wellbeing.

I offer practices that help people regulate their nervous systems, heal from trauma, and reconnect with the sacred. Through guided meditations, somatic practices, and seasonal rituals, I create spaces where you can feel grounded and supported.

Whether you are looking for therapeutic counselling in Birmingham, trauma-informed meditation and connection practices, or spiritual support, you are welcome here. This is a space for healing, reflection, and living in tune with the turning of the seasons.
